New Zealand Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand is calculated by weight and if your delivery address is standard or a rural delivery. New Zealand Post is very reliable and quick. Postage delivery times do vary but as a rule of thumb you can expect your order to be delivered within 2 - 7 working days. Postage costs will be calculated at check out.

Please ensure you check rural delivery if this applies to your delivery address. Failure to do so will result in delays to getting your order shipped and additional postage and administration costs. It will feel bad to you and feel bad to us if we can’t provide fast shipment of your products due to incorrect postal option.

Returns

Due to safety and hygiene for requirements skincare and cosmetic, Inspired by Nature can only offer returns on product that are in new, unopened and comply with our strick returns criteria.

Strick Return Criteria must be met for returns to be processed. This is so that we ensure the product satisfies our safety and hygiene compliance and that proof can be establised that the product is in it’s new and unopened state.
